Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at this well-designed hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful blend of modern and traditional elements. The hotel's clean and spacious room featured comfortable furnishings and a mini-bar, which added a nice touch to my experience. I appreciated the well-stocked toiletries and the hotel's tranquil atmosphere, despite the roadworks nearby causing some unavoidable noise. One aspect that stood out for me was the unique conversion of the bomb shelter into a bar, creating an intriguing space to unwind. Being in close proximity to the city center allowed me to explore local cafes, restaurants, and the beautiful Shevchenko Park. It was straightforward to take leisurely strolls along the central avenue, enriching my cultural immersion. The staff were helpful, speaking English adequately, and the convenience of laundry facilities added to the overall practicality of my stay. For UAH 150 per night, I found this hotel to strike a commendable balance between comfort and location, making it a worthwhile choice for travelers seeking a blend of modernity and culture.
